      <description>&lt;P&gt;The same thing happened to me (when I switched over to PM)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to your network settings in your phone and reset the network. Then you need to restart your phone. That should do it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then you'll need to submit a ticket and get them to reset things on their end. Hope that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
