Customer Service is TRASH

Public Mobile has THE WORST service I have ever encountered. Phone doesnt work. No one responds. Raluca has responded once and then ghosted my messages. Nothing has gotten fixed. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE phone provider. I would not recommend anyone use this.

I doubt they ghosted you. It takes time for them to respond as it seems like you get put back at the end of the que after they respond. Not the best way for customer service but they probably will respond in time.

and you said Phone doesn't work, what you referring to? no voice? no data? not connected? what phone do you have?

I get calls with my old provider but cannot receive any texts or have any data. I have iPhone 13.

Ghosted as in takes all day to answer as opposed to any other phone provider where I can speak with on the phone.

But I’m now seeing that apparently it just takes a long time for them to answer typically so I understand I wasn’t actually ghosted
