My wife has a new activation. Everything works fine except when she calls me she can't hear ringing. My phone rings on my side and when I pick it up, it connects. So far she does not have this issue calling anybody, but me.

Thanks for the reply. I switched the SIM cards in the phones and they're both working the way it should. Ring tone on both on outgoing calls. Switched back the cards, problem again. Both PM SIMs. The one with the problem is a Galaxy S9, the other one is a Galaxy S22 Ultra. So, my wife's SIM works in my phone and my SIM works in her phone, no issue. The other way around her phone with the brand new PM SIM no ring tone on ougoing call.

same issue? what model is that? it might not be fixable. But start with making sure you have the latest OS, and try Reset Network Settings

and ask PM and see if they can tweak anything with your account. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
Or message them using this link:
    https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

CS_Agent will reply to your community inbox, check here:
      https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage
