      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am attempting to port my child's number off the system. However I am unable to generate an invoice or see my address attached to my profile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both of which are required to port out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If PU staff person could kindly help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will delete this post when the port out is done.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This post is only meant for helping for LNP not to trash talk or be off topic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for everyones help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have never seen my invoice with my&amp;nbsp; address on it. But you can use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask CS agents if that is something they can create for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you go to the Payment tab the history of payments are listed up to 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
