      <description>&lt;P&gt;For the past 2 weeks my galaxy a20 will not dial out or receive any calls.&amp;nbsp; In and out texts still works fine.&amp;nbsp; Done hard reboot etc and no changes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/399185"&gt;@DeeKid&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A20 is not a North American model of phone and hence it likely impacted by this recent change:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/850-turndown&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need another phone that designed for Canada with the proper bands PM needs, like Samsung A16 or A36.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
