      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Public Mobile Support,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ported my phone number from Koodo to Public Mobile last night, but I am experiencing several issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to receive 6-digit verification codes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not receiving any text messages.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mobile data is not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have already restarted my phone, but the issues persist.
