Try rebooting your phone and removing and reinserting physical sim (if using). Try a speed test using 5G, and then run again with 4G and see if there’s a difference. (Some members have had success dropping to 4G). Lastly, if you see no improvement from these, ask a cs_agent to do a network reset for you from the back end. They work 9am-10pm (eastern) each day and the link to contact is here.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet problem in my area, many times I can't access the internet on my phone even though I have 5G, I can't open pages or Facebook. I have a Samsung S25 Ultra.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
