      <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the exact same experience, the plan is impossible to access without the SIM card and their SIM tool broke my SIM card tray. I can't find any way to cancel or get a refund and there's no phone number or human customer service to contact. The customer service is so unlike any carrier I've ever had that I just want to cancel, but they won't let me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
