    <description>&lt;P&gt;Not a cache issue.&amp;nbsp; I've tried from multiple browsers, in incognito mode.&amp;nbsp; Tried on the App.&amp;nbsp; All the same result.&amp;nbsp; CS has stepped in so hopefully someone will fix it for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THX&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They have different email addresses.&amp;nbsp; I was having an issue with the other account and submitted tickets and then both accounts ended up being locked out.&amp;nbsp; That original one with the problem allowed me to reset the password and I have regained access to the account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is the account that I wasn't having issues with that got locked that I can't get into.&amp;nbsp; It won't let reste the password.&amp;nbsp; email is invalid apparently.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When it asks you for your email and password, click that you forgot your email. You'll then be taken to a page where you can enter your phone number and see what happens.
