    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why immediately when I changed my plan did my 5G internet speed slow down drastically???? Previous plan was 5G and I had zero issues with speed. New plan is still 5G but is very slow and very frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try reboot the phone and Reset Network Settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But if you don't see the speed back to normal, then ask PM.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming you have a 5G phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You could try changing to 4G or LTE to test speed.&amp;nbsp; Also if you have the settings on 5G auto, switch to manual and see if it makes any difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/538937"&gt;@BMc12&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5G service is impacted by distance from towers. Different carriers use different towers at different locations. Download a tower locator app to find the nearest Telus or Bell Tower. Try driving closer and see if that improves your 5G. Signal/speed. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
