    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to activate with Public yesterday and the attempt was unsuccessful. They still charged me for the month and will not give a refund. So be extra careful trying to activate with Public Mobile right now. If for whatever reason the activation isn’t successful, you are going to lose the amount. I pretty much just got robbed by Telus. Lesson learned.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They advised me to activate again using a temporary number and then they will try to port in again but refused to refund the first attempt. I asked for a refund and they seem reluctant to give it. Definitely not a good first impression and experience. I decided to stick with Fizz and took their $29 50GB offer instead. Their chat customer service was quick to response and confirmed my number was safe with them and the port in request was denied. I wanted to try public for the better Telus network but not worth this nonsense.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've never seen another provider charge you first for the service and then ask you to transfer your number and if for some reason the activation or porting isn't successful, you don't get a refund and you have to go through this back and forth with customer service via messaging where they reply every few hours. This is wild, I understand it's cheap but it's wild. Not worth it with all the promotions available on the market right now, even Fizz has a seamless activation process where the payment is after the number transfer process and has live chat where they respond within minutes if you have any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Think twice before joining Public folks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
