      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same problem porting in From freedom mobile, spent most of the day on the chat yesterday and it’s still not resolved. At this point I give up, I’m on my third eSIM thinking it might be a bad one, but that’s not changing anything so I’m heading out this morning to try a new provider, one with a physical store where I can talk to someone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/538906"&gt;@Sunit1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/538593"&gt;@Pitou123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what phone do you have?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;can you send text and just not receive?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you can send text, able to receive text from friends,&amp;nbsp; but just not receive 2FA code,&lt;/STRONG&gt; that is normal experience after porting.&amp;nbsp; Usually after porting, it takes 2 to 5 days for all 2FA to arrive.&amp;nbsp; This is a proper with the source side (not PM) that they do not aware you changed carrier and haven't update the system yet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If you can send text and not able to receive even text from friends&lt;/STRONG&gt;, check if you receive incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; If both incoming calls and texts are not working, the porting is not done and you need to escalate that to PM CS agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if you receive calls but cannot even send text,&lt;/STRONG&gt; it is a device problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;If you are on iPhone, update iOS and Carrier profile.&amp;nbsp; Then remove phone number from iMessage settings, reboot phone and reenter the phone number to reregister iMessage.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;if you are on Android, backup important text first.&amp;nbsp; Then uninstall Google Message, reboot phone and reinstall&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>
