      <title>Transferring A Landline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to transfer a landline to Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;I could not receive a confirmation identity text to a landline. I did receive an email for eversafe and wondering if this step would now be complete. Thank you for any insight anyone can provide.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/538874"&gt;@Arby2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;it is normal that transfer from landline would take 3 to 7 business days.&amp;nbsp; If you just requested porting, it will be another couple days before the line is ported.&amp;nbsp; And Landline transfer does not require text approval as you know landline cannot receive text&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;And there is a number to call to talk to live support,&amp;nbsp; they can provide status update.&amp;nbsp; I will message the number to you via the Community inbox (&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;) .&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right.&amp;nbsp; Call them and get it fixed&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
