Remember to login to your account and redeem the $30 credit for the repair in the Rewards tab>Browse Catalogue.

subscription / sim update

My problem is unique and you may never have heard of it. I wanted to move my sim card form Google Pixel 7 Pro to my iPhone. Unfortunately, the sim tray broke inside the Pixel phone and I am unable to get it out. I am wondering if I could get a new sim card for my iPhone and forget about the sim in Pixel phone. While I will get a new sim card, I would also like to change my plan to 60GB for $35.00. Are you able to help me with new sim and plan update. I would like to keep the phone number but disable the sim in Pixel phone and switch the service to new sim in iPhone. If you want to call me, my Pixel phone still works because the old sim is stuck inside the Pixel phone. Thanks,

You could do the same as recommended and buy an esim instead

You can go into your subscription tab and select change subscription. There you can see if the $35 60GB is available to you. If your current plan is less than $35, chances are it is there. If your plan is more expensive than $35, it might not be.
