      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently ported my phone from another carrier in Canada then took a vacation to Mexico where my mobile data is not working. &amp;nbsp;Does anybody have any solutions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/538603"&gt;@GirlB&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;once you're sure Roaming Data is enabled, you can try using the best of either AT&amp;amp;T, Telcel or Movistar. Once of those should work for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

That has worked for some others. If not, message a customer service agent as previously suggested. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
