But I received one text saying

"Public Mobile here: To complete your request to move to Public Mobile, please go to Publicmobile.ca, click Contact us and complete the SIM & Activation online form. You'll need to provide the correct ESN/MEID from your previous service provider. Thanks."

But I have filled out the forms.

On my phone, I provided the IMEI number - not the ESN / MEID. Perhaps they need additional numbers for your phone, or one coming from a Bell account, or from your phone coming from a Bell account? What happens if you try to start the process over, from SIM Activation page?

I started to activate my sim yesterday at 7pm. Still isn't working. So as long as I receive a text saying it's completed that means it's finish porting?

I gave them my IMEI number on the activation page.
