I was trying to change my plan mid cycle and when building my plan instead of clicking on the 15gb I clicked on 9 gb was hoping someone could fix this so I don’t have to pay another &195 for the plan I wanted

If you don't want to pay again you will need to send a private message to the mods. Or if you can wait until the renewal you can change it yourself but make sure you select change at renewal

being mid plan you are probably out of luck (past the grace period the mods give). best is to futuredate the plan you want, and limit your data usage a little or if you run out of data do a plan chnage to the plan you want at that time.

In that case I would add the difference between the plan you wanted and the plan you paid for and message the mods asking them to change the plan for you, specifing the plan you want. since it was yesterday then it should not be an issue.
