      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need help transferring my phone number to a new device. &amp;nbsp;I had to order a Physical Sim for my iPhone XR (which is e-Sim compatable) BUT for some reason e-Sim could not be downloaded as per CS Agent. &amp;nbsp;Now I have a NEWER iPhone that I want the number transferred to. &amp;nbsp;Please advise if I can do this and the steps I need to take. &amp;nbsp;Thank you for all Members ongoing support … Appreciated&amp;nbsp;@links to members&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Or pick a SIM from Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik for $10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then download the PM app on the new iPhone then login to your accpunt and go to the Account tab&amp;gt;Change Your SIM Card and enter the new SIM card S/N.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_0213.png" style="width: 750px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/157839iF4AD0BD5B0E87C9F/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_0213.png" alt="IMG_0213.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The North American iPhone XR does have eSIM (there will be Add eSIM in the iPhone settings)but the global iPhone XR have dual SIM.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;just login My Account, Profile, Transfer phone number.&amp;nbsp; There you can put the landline phone number there and start the porting request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but remember, porting from landline takes couple days, as many as 7 days&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
