Or was this a special text offer to you as an existing customer (never seen this before, but still possible because p.m. treats everybody differently)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Advisable to you and others to always take a screenshot as proof of such offer in order to get p.m. to honor the offer. I would suggest that you at least take a screenshot or record of any chat where a customer agent confirms that you will get this offer.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
