you can change it yourself. Login My Account, go to Payment page, click Manage Subscription and then Update Card Information and you can update there

Hey @jbunning

You can change it yourself with ease. Here's the direct link to change your credit card. If you have any problems and it's rejected, just go to your browser settings and clear your cache. Then restart your browser and go into incognito mode and log in again with the link.
