      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/537835"&gt;@Mike300&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android or iPhone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;first, make sure the old carrier sim card is removed, if esim, disable it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if iPhone, you can remove the phone number from Settings, reboot phone and reenter the phone number to re-register iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if Android, uninstall Google Message so it go back to the old version that come with the phone.&amp;nbsp; Reboot phone and reinstall (or update) the Google Message from Play Store and it should resolve the problem&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And reset your network connection and reboot your phone. Sometimes the full activation is just slow.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it still does not work, you need to contact a customer service agent.
