My10DigitNumber@msg.telus.com used to work for me. It's been a while since I used it, and when I tried today, as part of a project, it didn't work. I've pored through all of the forum's posts on the subject (the "latest" seems to be this one, Jan '23), to no avail.

I have tried:

My10DigitNumber@msg.telus.com
My10DigitNumber@msg.telusmobility.com
My10DigitNumber@mms.mb.telus.com
My10DigitNumber@koodomobile.com

I've also tried emailing from other accounts and providers (e.g. Outlook, Gmail), and also tested with my wife, who's also with PM.

Oh, and of course I tried the old "turn it off and on again" (I've been in IT for over four decades).

No joy.

Any ideas? Has PM/Telus disabled this feature? (if so, too bad, and shame on them!)

Thanks, @softech ! At least I know it still works... Sometimes, for some people...

Yet... I retried, with all of the hosts I listed above, in plain text, from the Outlook web/browser client, GMail web/browser, GMail app (iphone) and, finally, Outlook Classic PC Desktop client. Again, in plain text (I wanted to stress that, and to underscore that I do know how that's done). I also tried different browsers - Firefox, and Chrome.

Just to be sure the emails were making their way out, I also cc'ed my regular email address, and it made it through every time.

So... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Given others' suggestion that this feature will be phased out if not today, eventually (apparently, Rogers has already done so), I guess I'll have to look to other approaches. Even if I get to work... for now... my issues, and those of others, show it's not something I can depend on.

Too bad.

Again, though thanks for the quick reply, as always!
