    <description>&lt;P&gt;back in July 2024, i ported my cell number from Rogers. after successfully activating a e-sim with Public mobile, i left the country. during my time away, my VISA expired and a new card was sent as a result. i returned to canada last night and found out my public mobile number is no longer working. can you assist in helping me retrieve my old cell number back and re-activate an account with public mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You'll need a new sim to start a new account but you also need a different email address.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i can't advise on that, we are just customers here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you need to message PM using the link above.&amp;nbsp; If your Visa expires Oct, the account would have closed around Jan.&amp;nbsp; it has been 2 months, so, PM could have returned the number back to Rogers&lt;/P&gt;</description>
