      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I want to activate 2 cell phones with you and want to talk to a live person to get clarification of a couple of questions. I have filled out all the necessary information required on the internet and am ready to click the pay button. I called your phone number several times and the MACHINE directs me to the internet. If public mobile customer service does not allow customers to talk to a live person when necessary, then please let me know and I will activate with a different company. Customer service is important to me.....Thanks....Jim&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;</description>

There is no live person here. Everything is self serve. Customer service is done through private messages and can take hours to get a response. Not sure what number you're calling but PM doesn't have one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 You have to sign up via the app on your phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may wish to try Koodo or Telus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
