    <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have no service on the sim, you need PM to check the system again to confirm sim and account both setup correctly&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.
