If yes, you must keep your PM account active to port out your number to another carrier. When your number ports out to another carrier, your PM account and services will automatically cancel. If you are not looking to keep your number, just suspend your active subscription and your account will close within 90 days or inactivity.

If you wish to preserve your telephone number, you would need to find another carrier and port the number from public mobile to the new carrier. Your account will automatically close when you do this.

Suspend your payment card just before the next payment date which will cause the account to be suspended and automatic renewal cancelled.
