      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lost/stolen phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cant access my email associated on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also dont remember my password now..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My accoynt needs to be topped up and switch plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switch from eSim to sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
