    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142482"&gt;@digopm197&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no difference between physical sim or esim in terms of porting&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you still submit the request to port when you subscribe.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Download PM app to start the activation.&amp;nbsp; The porting step is after the payment step.&amp;nbsp; Just provide PM the phone number and your Fido account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and with Fido account, make sure it is active and keep the Fido sim there after your PM activation.&amp;nbsp; Fido will need to send you a text for approval to the port and you need to reply Yes&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After you reply yes, you can wait 30 mins and remove the Fido sim card.&amp;nbsp; Then make sure your PM esim is already there on the Sim Manager screen (the PM app should have installed for you already) and make sure it is set as active and set as Primary&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'd like to switch back to PM on an eSIM but I am currently with Fido on a physical SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What will happen to my phone number? Will it transfer automatically?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've only ever worked with physical SIMs so I'm new to the process.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
