      <description>&lt;P&gt;It must have been a back end issue, as I had submitted a ticket and kept monitoring the account until it gave me the option to pay.&amp;nbsp; All is well now.&amp;nbsp; Only a couple of service hiccups in the last year, so I won't give up on Public just yet lol.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
