      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to access my account, I can log in but once in, i get a msg saying update in progress(or similar) March 4th- march 5th we will be upgrading our system. No access to plans etc. Return to log in screen.&amp;nbsp; This normally wouldn't be an issue BUT it's the 25th of March not the 4 or 5th.....anyone else having this issue? I have tried other browsers, cleared cache etc but still getting same msg &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":angry_face:"&gt;😠&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same problem. I’m hoping the message was intended to say 24th - 25th, not 4-5. Hopefully it’s resolved by tomorrow morning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
