      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Hi I’m doing a new activation for a referral and the activation stalled because of an eSIM error now we can’t get past this activation or log into the persons profile we are in limbo&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
