      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been trying to access my account but everytime i log in, the website takes me to change my subscription. I couldn't do anything else. This is frustrating. I need support.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, hopefully the glitchy account will resolve itself. Otherwise, you can message a customer agent as advised below.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meanwhile, you can dial 611 on your phone and check the status of your account and even make a payment if necessary. Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
