I am just wondering if there is ANY way possible I can pick or create a specific phone number? I am very willing to pay for the customization.

Or if there is a number to call to ask a person, that would be great, I can't seem to find one.

I know you can change your number but I don't know if you can make a specific one you need to contact an agent

Unfortunately, you can’t pick specific number. You can only pick the PM numbers from the list available.

PM is an online service so all communication with an CS_Agent is done by dm an agent by Chatbot.

You cannot create a custom or specific number.

You can go into your App, tap Account and tap Change Number. You can pick your province, pick a city, and then scroll through choices. Until you approve the number, you can keep repeating the process and looking at different numbers until you find one that you like. Just be aware that you cannot save a number that you like. If you do not select it and you scroll past it, chances it will not come back up again. I remember picking a new number for my dad and looked at about 50 before I finally chose one for him.

I actually had more choice selecting a number with PM compared to when I selected a new business number from Telus years ago. Back then, I did it over the phone with a live customer agent and I think they only gave me three to six choices. If I didn't like them, I told them I would call back and try again. You can only annoy a customer agent for so long before making a decision.
