If you run into problems, you're best to start here in the Community Forum for help. We can usually sort it out for you in no time. There is no traditional "call center" to call.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/536607"&gt;@Davybaby&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As long as you can log into your app, you can make the changes yourself.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to change your credit card, tap Payment and then Update Card Information.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to change your address, tap Account and then Update Profile. The address, at least the postal code, is important to determine what plans are available in your region.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
