    <description>&lt;P&gt;I encountered the same issue and have been waiting for an hour already for the agent response. Just too frustrating to wait this long.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, anybody, how to request for refund on plan?. I just get eSIM.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new customer, and received the SIM card and tried to follow the activation steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After selecting the number transfer option and activating in step 6 "Activate", it pops "Subscription not activated. Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contract a customer support agent"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to "contact us" and "log in", which directs me to a blank page.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very frustrated user experience for a new customer.&amp;nbsp; Bottom-line, where can I request a refund for the purchase of Subscription and SIM card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance for any help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535708"&gt;@sleepingdog&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately PM is a prepaid service so you might receive a refund on the Subscription but probably not on the SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is better for you to contact a CS_Agent and find out what the issue is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
