URGENT: Shared PIN with Scammer - Need Help Securing Account

I recently received a text message that I believed was from Freedom Mobile (though I'm a Public Mobile customer). I now realize this was a scam.
Unfortunately, I shared my phone number and PIN with the scammer before realizing it was fraudulent. The scam message came from the number 18254889751.
I'm concerned about:

Potential unauthorized access to my account
Risk of SIM swapping/number porting
Other security issues

Can someone from Public Mobile support please advise on:

How to immediately change my PIN
What additional security measures I can add to my account
How to place a port protection or SIM lock on my number
Any other steps I should take to secure my account

This is urgent as scammers have sensitive account information. Thank you for your help.

@hsafi You can reset your PIN code by logging in to the app, got to “account” and the reset pin. Afterwards, As long as you didn’t give your login and password to the app/website you should be good.
