    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I opened a ticket with support however, I think my problem is likely with the porting of my number.&amp;nbsp; I received an SMS to authorize my port from Telus to Public Mobile and chose "yes."&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Got a text from Telus saying we're sorry to see you go, and my service has stopped working.&amp;nbsp; Can't get past the activation screen of the My Public Mobile app, as it asks me to port again, but the number now doesn't exist according to the system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Would love to figure out how to get my temporary number and eSim activated, but can't get past the screen where I need to port/create a new number now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;How long ago did you send your support ticket? If you sent it already you just have to wait their reply.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check your phone settings for the Public Mobile esim?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check the Cellaulur Settings or Sim manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Wish I could.&amp;nbsp; I spoke with a CS_Agent and was told that the eSim was activated.&amp;nbsp; However, when I go to the MyAccount app - it still wants me to port or add a new number.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Was told to delete the app, reboot my phone and reinstall the app and try again.&amp;nbsp; Did that, still wants a number ported or a new number.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CS_Agent advised they cannot send me the Esim QR code even though it's activated??&amp;nbsp; Found that odd.&amp;nbsp; Maybe even an activation number would help?&amp;nbsp; I know how to add an Esim but presently there are none on my device.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
