log in to your account to see which plans are currently available to you as not everyone will have the same options. It's difficult to downgrade plans now but easy to upgrade.

adding..what plan do you have now ?

You can upgrade to plans ONLY you can see on your account. Other 'promo' plans are for new customers only.

So, log in, check what is available to you and Schedule plan upgrade.
