why can't I see who I refer? and why am I losing one each month?

Is this intentional from Public - I can't see them therefore they can take them away.

you will see how many you referred, but not the actual phone numbers of your friends. They removed that for everyone on Public Points. CS agent told me just a limitation with the Public Points system

The system has become much more opaque for referrals. They've made it so you have to trust that they are doing it right as it's almost impossible to verify it's correct now. And there often seems to be evidence that it is not working properly and people are missing out on referrals and rewards.

It's not intentional. My number of referrals have not reduced at all.

It should be make clear who you refer.otherwise, they can reduce whatever.very unprofessional to hide.

I agree... Public mobile making too much money now, they don't care anymore.
