Hi, I accidentally purchased a renewal of my previous plan when I had intended to change to the $35 can/us/mex 60gb plan. I did this just 20 minutes ago is there any way to change my plan without paying twice?

Plans can change availability at any time.

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Contact agent using the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up by CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type TICKET, then follow prompts. Link to create a ticket will be presented.

The other option is to schedule plan change and be on existing for a 30 days and then move to plan you wanted.

If that's the case, you can simply cancel it and switch to the the desired plan on your own through the app or website. Hope this helps
