    <description>&lt;P&gt;Try to reboot your phone (turn off/on), pull sim out, wait a bit, push it in and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason some customers do get this message and if you want to find out why, open a ticket. Maybe agent will have an explanation and solution. Then let us know what was the answer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535653"&gt;@Mitmat&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it is very common false alarm.&amp;nbsp; Usually you just need to reboot the phone and it will work again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, you can try to call by putting a 1 in front of the 10 digits number.&amp;nbsp; If already using a 1 , then try just calling the 10 digits only without the 1&lt;/P&gt;</description>
