      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I just switched from Telus back to Public Mobile after 11 months. Using Google Messages on my Samsung S24 Plus for RCS texting, it used to give me read or delivered receipts, but not anymore. The other people I message say they don't see a delivered or read message, and now their text is green. They don't know why, and I don't know why. The only thing changed is mobile providers. I have physical sim card for public not esim and my gf hasnt responded to a single messge shes with lucky mobile. the day before she wanst geting my picuter or recored voice messges. wounder if there somthing i have to do now that switch over in setting some where thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/299405"&gt;@Morty85&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try going in to Google Message, Chat Settings and disable RCS Chat first.&amp;nbsp; Wait 5 to 10 minutes and reboot the phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go back to Google Message, Chat Settings and turn on RCS Chat back to register again.&amp;nbsp; This time, make sure&amp;nbsp; "Send read receipts" option is enabled within the Chat Settings&lt;/P&gt;</description>

(make sure you backup important messages first)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
