Good morning guys,

First time posting here, so I'm thankful for any help I can get.

A week ago, my Pixel 6 Pro lost cell service unexpectedly. Since then, I have tried the following troubleshooting tips with no success and have become quite frustrated, as a ticket was put in and technical support was supposed to reach sometime over the past 3 days and haven't. I have tried the following with no luck:

1. Toggling the airplane button 2. Restarting phone. 3. Resetting network settings 4. Putting sim card into another phone (no service). 5. Putting a family members sim into my phone (no service). 6. I've ensured my plan is still active and bills paid 7. I've purchased two esim cards and neither of those have service. 8. My phone recognizes the sim card as public mobile and my number, but shows no service. 9. I've ensured my physical sim is toggled off in the settings when trying the esim, to no avail.

Looking for any other help or assistance!
