Mobile data also works?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reset Network Settings on your phone and test&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and if mobile data and Wifi is not a problem, Download VoIP app TextNow and setup with another 10 digits number, then&amp;nbsp; setup Call Forward when Not Reachable to the TextNow phone number.&amp;nbsp; In such case, if the inbound calls really cannot get to your phone, it will forward to your TextNow app and the app will ring.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/call-forwarding" target="_blank"&gt;How to Set Up Call Forwarding | Help Articles | Public Mobile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
