      <description>&lt;P&gt;My account continues to ask me to reset my password or choose to reactivate my SIM card.&amp;nbsp; But I already have an account and SIM card.&amp;nbsp; What do I need to do to fix this?&amp;nbsp; Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535624"&gt;@Bean06&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dial 611 or call 1-855-4PUBLIC on the status of your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is strange that you need to reactivated the SIM card because SIMs are onetime use so you can't reactivate the SIM again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
