      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535592"&gt;@JDdoublesix&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you just need to go to Google Message, Message Settings, RCS Chats and disable "Turn on RCS chats"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;reboot the phone, wait 5 mins and go back to enable "Turn on RCS Chats" back and it will work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
