      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I have been an active member since 2016&amp;nbsp; i now want a cheaper plan&amp;nbsp; and canada wide&amp;nbsp; talk and text&amp;nbsp; the 30.00 a month plan .&amp;nbsp; My renewal date of my current plan is may 12th&amp;nbsp; so I'm trying to change to this new plan to become active on my renewal date&amp;nbsp; the system will not allow me to do this&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;very frustrating&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Did you follow these steps: login to app; click Subscription tab on bottom left; tap Manage Subscription; tap Change Subscription; scroll down and tap the $30 plan (assuming that it is available to you); tap Change on Renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If everything went correctly, it should then take you back to the previous page and it will show both your current subscription and your upcoming subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, at which step did your change hang up?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, do you currently have a 90-day plan which is renewing on May 12th? I have never had a 90-day plan. There is a tab right on the page that says Refresh. Click it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the information on the page doesn't change,&amp;nbsp; sign out and sign back in again using secret mode or a different web browser.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
