It has to be enabled for VoLTE.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Google you phone model and "enable Volte" and there may be advice on how to enable the Volte on your particular phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I bought the US roaming talk/text app today. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;But when I made a call (in the US), I got a message saying it could be completed because I've used up all of my minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;This doesn't make any sense.&amp;nbsp; Does it?&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;try calling with a 1 in front&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also try with +1 in front of the 10 digits&lt;/P&gt;</description>
