      <title>We encountered an error processing your request</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can login to my account and I am given the options:&amp;nbsp; 'resume activation' or 'login'.&amp;nbsp; I click on activation and I am taken to an error page: 'We encountered an error processing your request'. I have tried 3 browsers, private windows, deleted all browsing data and cookies etc and still cannot get any further.&amp;nbsp; I have tried this about 20 times in every different way I can find.&amp;nbsp; Same result.&amp;nbsp; Am I the only one?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried submitting a ticket, but also go round in circles since the system believes I am asking about logging in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am new to Publicmobile, but would like to get a sim and activation asap&lt;/P&gt;</description>
