      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/535421"&gt;@Shad93&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; it has been confirmed that you can activate an account with a voucher if you don't have a credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To do so, you would have to create a ticket through the chatbot and ask a Customer Service Agent to do it manually for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The agent might not be aware of this and tell you no, but they can so if they say no, ask to escalate to a manager.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
